I stopped in on Sunday, May 30th to get some ice cream. There was an electronic coupon for Stone Ridge by way of a QR code. I scanned it but when I got to the register, the Cub App didn't capture it. While I was trying to find it, the clerk, Mecah, was already looking through the circular. Meanwhile the supervisor came over and tried to help (he didnt). Mecah knew about the coupon and credited my order for the missing coupon. I was on my way! I LOVE when employees are on top of stuff like this. It is refreshing to know someone takes pride in their job like she does. She should get a gift card or recognition for her hard work. Your app, by the way, is clunky and hard to use information these types of situations. Fix it, please. Thank you.
A beautiful just reopened store! Clean, well laid out, with a tremendous "international" department (in my case, Mexican). Staff helpful and friendly. Lovely produce department. Highly recommended - encourage those outside the immediate area to pay a visit.
